Close encounters with animals at Winter Camp Shomrai
In the midst of snow and ice, campers attending the winter session of Camp Shomrai were treated to a “Day with the Animals”. Pony rides, petting and feeding animals was one way of giving a hands-on
learning experience to the enthusiastic children. “I’m going to tell my mommy to buy me a horse,”
said Chana Malka Fantl, 2- years-old. Uh oh!
